Paving The Way
The company proudly traces back their roots to 1898, the year when Ebenezer Gomme started fabricating furniture in his workshop. G Plan was established later in 1953 by his grandson, Donald. Not only a brand was launched but also a revolution: he was selling sofas with no matching chairs which was a radical step at the time. Since then, some of the most lasting and iconic furniture designs of the 20th century have been created by G Plan.
