What's important to you to include in a room?
Colour! Whether it's a picture on a wall, a leafy plant, a cushion on a sofa or a brighly coloured coffee pot on the hob, I love using pops of colour in every room. A close second is plants; I have too many, but I always find space for one more, in a coloured pot of course!
What's the style red flag you would never do?
Bare walls and symmetry - I find both too stark. I am always trying to create interest and intrigue with spaces and styling, so too much white space or too many neat lines and a formulaic look don't do it for me.

Top tip for interior styling?
Even though I love a lot of pattern and colour, less is more! Don't let clutter be mistaken for styling. Surround yourself with things that make you happy, but in moderation - not everything has to be on show. Keep what you like and switch things around often to create more interest and new things to look at.
Who has the best style in the team?
Hard to decide, but I do sometimes wish my own style was a bit more zen and neutral like Monica's!
