Pay in 3:

Pay in 3 allows you to split the cost of your purchase into three equal, interest-free payments:

  • First payment: Taken when your order is confirmed
  • Second payment: Taken 30 days later
  • Third payment: Taken 60 days after the first payment

Pay in 3 is a credit product, so you must make your scheduled payments to Klarna.

Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to your agreed payment schedule. Klarna will send you multiple friendly reminders before each due date so you can ensure you have enough funds available.

If a payment fails, you may be charged a late fee, in line with Klarna’s terms and conditions.

If you miss payments, you’ll fall into arrears as Pay in 3 is a credit product.

Klarna may share details of missed payments with credit reference agencies, which could make it harder or more expensive to access credit in the future.

Klarna may also refer unpaid debt to a debt collection agency acting on their behalf. This information will also be shared with credit reference agencies.

If your goods haven’t arrived, please contact us to check your order and delivery status.

You can also contact Klarna Customer Service to postpone your payment due date or place the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for your delivery.

Once Sterling Home confirms your cancellation or return with Klarna:

- Any future scheduled payments will be cancelled

- Any payments you’ve already made will be refunded

You’ll see your return and any refund details directly in the Klarna app.

Once the store has registered your cancellation or return, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the same debit or credit card used at checkout.

No. Klarna is currently available only on the Sterling Home website and not in-store.

Once Sterling Home has received your return and Klarna has received confirmation, Klarna will:

- Cancel any future payments

- Refund any payments already collected

You can monitor your order status anytime in the Klarna app.

If you return only part of your order:

When Sterling Home confirms a partial return, Klarna will update your statement and adjust your payment schedule. An updated statement will be sent to you, and you can view it anytime in the Klarna app.
