- To process CCTV images for the prevention and detection of crime.
- To analyse customer feedback for the legitimate business purpose of improving our services.
- To process competition entries and deliver prizes.

Store refunds require your full name, full address, and postcode matching your card billing address in order to be processed.

7. Social Media Retargeting and Enhanced Conversions
We may share certain personal information (such as your email address) in a secure, encrypted (hashed) format with trusted third-party advertising platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, and Microsoft Advertising. This enables us to deliver personalised advertising and measure campaign effectiveness using tools such as:

These platforms may match encrypted data with their own user records to show you relevant advertisements. No readable personal data is shared — all information is hashed before transmission and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
We rely on your consent, or our legitimate interest in direct marketing, as the legal basis for this processing. You can opt out at any time by:
- Using the cookie management tool on our website to withdraw consent to marketing cookies.
- Adjusting your ad preferences directly within your Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or Microsoft account settings.

We only store your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose required. Where you have placed an order with us, we will retain your data for 6 years plus the current year (6 years + 1), in line with our legal obligations.

All online purchases are processed via Stripe (stripe.com/gb), which is fully PCI DSS compliant. Your entire transaction is encrypted.
All in-store purchases are processed by ClearAccept, FiServ, Verifone, or Worldline, all of which are fully PCI DSS compliant.

12. Transferring Data Outside the United Kingdom
Several of our service providers are based outside the UK, including in the USA. We only transfer personal data outside the UK where:
- The transfer is to a country which the UK has assessed as providing adequate data protection; or
