Every product page includes dimenions under the 'Dimensions & Measurements' tab. Before ordering, measure your doorways, hallways, and chosen rooms to ensure your new furniture will fit comfortably.

If the item you want is unavailable online, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page and we'll be happy to check in-store availability near you.

We aim to display as many online products as possible in our stores, but space limitations mean this isn't always possible. If you would like to view a specific item, please contact your chosen store before travelling.

We don't offer this service directly, but we've partnered with Clearabee, who provide convenient furniture removal. You can arrange this with them directly to have your old furniture collected when your new items are delivered.Find out more.

Yes, our premium delivery service includes assembly of your furniture in your chosen room, along with removal and recycling of all packaging. Please note, this service is not available for flat-packed items.

If you received a quote during your visit to one of our stores, you can complete your order online using your unique quote number.

Simply head to our Complete Your Quote page, enter your quote details, and follow the steps to confirm and pay for your order securely.

Your salesperson will have discussed your quote's expiry date with you at the time of issue, so please make sure to complete your order before it expires.
