Four reasons to pop in, from a one-day market to a grotto that’s open right up to the big week.
Santa’s Grotto
12pm – 4pm · No booking needed
Santa’s set up shop for the season. Just turn up any day between 12pm and 4pm, tell Santa everything on your Christmas list and ask him how the elves are getting on.
29 November is booking only at £12 per booking. Spaces are limited, so grab a slot early.

Bauble Personalisation
12pm – 4pm
Add a name, a date or a little message to a bauble and you’ve got a decoration that comes out of the box every year with a story attached.
Christmas Markets
10am – 4pm
Browse the stalls, pick up a few gifts and get the Christmas shopping started. Or at least get the list started.
Santa’s Reindeer
The reindeer are taking a day off from flight training to visit us. Come and say hello. They’re very good with visitors.
Nice list status will not be checked at the door. Santa has his own system.
Book your grotto visit for 29 November
On 29 November, grotto visits are booking only. Pick a time that suits you in the booking form. Santa’s diary fills up fast that day.
Visiting on any other day? No need to book. Just turn up between 12pm and 4pm from 28 November to 20 December.
