How to care for your carpet

Vacuum clean regularly with a low-powered vacuum cleaner to prevent dust and dirt from settling into the fibers. Do not pull loose ends; instead, trim them carefully with scissors. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid permanent marks.
Rotate or reposition your carpet every two months to maintain an even surface and prolong its life. Store your carpet by rolling the top side in and wrapping it with a cloth for protection. Always keep away from sharp objects, hot surfaces, fireplaces, and excessive moisture.

Wool

Being a natural material, wool is a timeless choice for carpet. It is durable, soft, environmentally friendly, and offers warmth.
Clean spills immediately to prevent staining. Blot the area gently with a clean, dry, undyed cloth, and if needed, spot clean with a mild carpet shampoo. Test the shampoo first on a small, concealed area to ensure colorfastness, and avoid over-wetting. Periodic cleaning by a professional carpet cleaner is recommended.
During the initial period of use, shedding is normal and will subside over time.

Viscose

Viscose is prized for its silk-like luster and luxurious softness, but it is also delicate and requires extra care.
Vacuum gently on a regular basis. Spills should be cleaned immediately by blotting with a clean, dry, undyed cloth. If necessary, use a small amount of dry-cleaning solvent, but never rub the stain, as this may damage the pile permanently. Viscose is highly sensitive to water, so never use water for cleaning. For significant stains or deep cleaning, consult a professional who specializes in dry-cleaning delicate fibers like viscose.
As with wool, some shedding may occur initially but will diminish with use.

Jute

Jute carpets bring a natural, organic feel to interiors with their unique texture and earthy tones. Subtle variations in color and texture are inherent to jute and should be celebrated as part of its charm. A natural scent may also be present, which is harmless and will fade over time. Vacuum regularly using a low-powered vacuum cleaner. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture, as jute is particularly sensitive to humidity. Do not pull loose ends; trim them carefully with scissors.
